Hi there, I’m John!
Born and raised on the East Coast, I grew up in a family of craftsmen who could build and make anything. I was around it all from a young age and building projects have been threaded throughout my life ever since.
I moved west to finish my Hospitality Management degree at UNLV. After a bunch of years of managing restaurants, I grew tired of the grind. After settling down in the Pacific Northwest (that’s where my phone number is from), I followed my hands and heart to massage therapy school. Upon graduation, I began what became a 16-year long career of providing stellar medical massage and movement coaching.
My wife and I started a family and soaked in all the rain and beauty that makes the northwest so special. After 17 years, we decided that northern CO was the perfect place to reacquaint ourselves with the miracle of regular sunshine and set new roots.
While my massage therapy practice was closed due to our global pandemic, I filled my time with freelance carpentry and remodel projects. This was the spark that led me to reevaluate my career and start Bagley Builds. I want to build relationships…of trust and respect, of best practices, of professionalism…so you can rest assured your projects are in good hands and you can have your home be your place of rest and refuge.
