Labor:

• $150 for the project’s first hour (one hour minimum for services) then $75/hour thereafter (charged in 15-minute increments)

• Materials: Any materials purchased for your project will be invoiced at cost (without markup)

• Tool or Equipment Rentals: Prior approval will be requested for any needed rentals. Any rentals will be invoiced at cost (without markup)

Payment for services:

• Payment is due at the end of each appointment

• Cash, check, or credit cards accepted (a 3% fee added to credit cards)

• An itemized invoice will be issued at the end of service call or project

• Absolutely NOT – small projects are my specialty! I LOVE hanging art, fixing loose handles, replacing doorknobs, changing furnace filters, and hundreds of other random little tasks that are on your to-do list!

• The only thing to note is that my minimum service offering is 1 hour of labor.

1) I am unable to perform work on ladders extending above one story in height, as prohibited by my business insurance policy.

2) I do not bid on large remodels or new construction projects, or projects that would extend beyond 1 week, or anything requiring more than 1 person to complete the job (Bagley Builds is a 1-man operation).

3) I do not take on large scale drywall projects.

I DO, however, do drywall repairs!

4) I do not take on projects that require a specialty licensed tradesman (Plumbers, Electricians, HVAC). I will do my best to connect you to preferred licensed professionals.

I DO, however, take on “light plumbing” and “light electrical” projects (ie. changing out light fixtures, replacing outlets and switches, replacing faucets, shower-heads, etc)

Yes, Bagley Builds carries $1M in general liability insurance, underwritten by Next First Insurance Agency, Inc. A copy of this policy can be provided electronically upon request.

Bagley Builds is licensed by the City of Fort Collins and is a registered business entity in the state of Colorado. There is no specific licensure requirement for handyman services in CO. This does, however, limit the scope of projects Bagley Builds can take on due to not being a general contractor.

Yes, all Bagley Builds craftsmanship is warrantied for 1 year from the date of invoicing. This warranty guarantees homeowner protection from faulty workmanship. I cannot warranty issues derived from defective materials.

** Please note that as of June 1, 2024 I will no longer be taking on new projects outside of Fort Collins.

Bagley Builds is based out of Fort Collins with a Core Service Area that includes Fort Collins city limits. (Please see the Core Service Area map below.)

• There is no Travel Fee for clients located within the “Core Service Area”.

• Clients located outside of the Core Service Area will be charged a Travel Fee for transit time at $50/hr, calculated by the total round trip transit time from Fort Collins.

• This fee will be multiplied for each day that onsite services are provided.

Note: The Travel Fee does not apply to travel for initial consultations to review project details.
